Who we are and what we do with your information?

The Peak Performance Shop is operated by Electric Word plc to sell back issues of our publications – Peak Performance, Sports Injury Bulletin and Successful Coaching – and other products that we, or affiliated third parties, produce.

To register with our shop, you will need to give us your name, address and email address. We promise not to pass your email address or other personal details on to anyone outside Electric Word plc, though we may occasionally send you details of related products that we think you might be interested in.

We use Worldpay to process credit card payments. At no time does Electric Word plc have access to your credit card details. We keep your name, email address and postal address only on file. Worldpay is owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland and is a trusted, secure payment processor. When you make a purchase through Worldpay, you are also registering with them, and they will keep your personal details on their own secure servers. Worldpay will only use your email address to send you information about your transactions.

Our free newsletter

If you have opted in to receive our free newsletter, we will send you your free newsletter by email, usually weekly, until you ask us to stop. The free newsletters contain articles from our paid-for newsletters that we believe will be useful and relevant to your interest in sports science. We will also send you offers that we think you might be interested in - again, we will stop sending you emails if you ask to unsubscribe.

To unsubscribe, you need to follow the links at the bottom of the emails we send. We provide you with three methods: you can click on a web link, click on an email link, or reply to the email with 'Unsubscribe' in the subject line.

Our subscription newsletters

If you subscribe to Peak Performance, Sports Injury Bulletin or Successful Coaching we will email you to let you know that the latest issue is available to download, and may send you offers that we think that you might be interested in. If you cancel your subscription, we might email you to ask you some customer survey questions or to make you an offer.

You are free to cancel your subscription and unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time.
